Article 3 of the new ‘Regulations on the organized transport of groups of children by buses’ prohibited the use of buses that have been in service for more than 10 years for this purpose, which, according to the Russian Tourism Union (RST), would have undermined children’s and school bus tourism.

RST has urged the government to postpone these regulations.
