Nineteen objects have been recommended for tourism investment in the Republic of Khakassia. The implementation of these projects will facilitate the development of all the major types of tourism in the region.
According to many travel companies, the latest summer season exceeded the last year’s results, which is also corroborated by statistics: during 2013 the country was visited by about 300 thousand Russian tourists, which is 50 thousand more compared to the last year. From 30% to 80% of tourists who bought tours for the New Year holidays merged the holidays with the following weekends – December 30 and 31, as well as January 9 and 10. This means that their holidays will now last for 12-14 days on average. TRN magazine got this information from tour operators that largely benefitted from the government’s order “On moving holidays in 2014”.

Among these companies were leaders of mass tourism and niche tour operators.
